Steel fiber refers to cut thin steel, cold rolled steel strip shearing, steel ingot milling or rapid condensation legal growth ratio (the ratio of fiber length and diameter, when the fiber cross section is a circular, the conversion of equivalent cross section the diameter of the circle area) for 40 ~ 80 fibers.

When the steel fiber concrete is destroyed, most of the fiber is pulled out instead of being pulled, so improving the bond strength between the fiber and the matrix is one of the main control factors to improve the fiber reinforcement effect.
The compressive strength, tensile strength, flexural strength, impact strength, toughness and impact toughness of the concrete adding steel fiber have been improved greatly.

Tensile strength of steel fiber concrete

Alpha t -- the influence coefficient of steel fiber on the tensile strength of steel fiber concrete is suitable to be determined by experiment.
Rho f -- the volume rate of steel fiber (that is, the volume of steel fiber content)
Lf - steel fiber length
Df - diameter of steel fiber or equivalent diameter
Lf/df - steel fiber length ratio

Flexural strength of steel fiber concrete
