Key Features & Advantages
Excellent Water Solubility
Soluble in water (partially hydrolyzed grades dissolve at room temperature, while fully hydrolyzed grades require heating above 90°C), offering excellent viscosity and stability.
Superior Film-Forming & Oil Resistance
PVA films exhibit outstanding tensile strength, abrasion resistance, and excellent barrier properties against gases, organic solvents, and oils.
High Adhesive Strength
Demonstrates superior affinity and bonding strength to hydrophilic substrates such as cellulose, paper, wood, and construction materials.
Eco-Friendly & Biodegradable
Non-toxic, odorless, and fully biodegradable by microorganisms in soil and water, meeting stringent global environmental compliance.
Main Applications
Construction & Building Materials
Used as a water-retention agent and binder in putty powder, cement mortars, and gypsum products, significantly improving crack resistance, adhesion, and workability.
Textiles & Paper Processing
Textiles: Acting as a warp sizing agent to enhance yarn strength and abrasion resistance, reducing breakage during weaving.
Paper: Serving as a surface sizing agent and coating binder to improve paper oil-resistance, gloss, and printability.
Adhesives & Chemical Synthesis
Functions as a protective colloid for white glue (PVAc emulsion) and a core raw material for re-moisturizable adhesives. It also serves as an emulsifier in VAE emulsion polymerization.
Water-Soluble Packaging Films
Special grades are engineered to manufacture eco-friendly, water-soluble films for pre-portioned packaging of pesticides and detergents.
Packaging, Storage & Transportation
Packaging: Standard 25kg/bag (PP woven bag or multi-layer paper bag), or 1000kg jumbo bag.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire, heat sources, and moisture.
Transportation: Handle with care to prevent packaging damage.
